Refund policy
Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept refunds in the rare case that an item is damaged or defective.
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please get in contact with us as soon as you can. Once we have started working on your order we won't be able to cancel it. There is a $5 restocking fee that applies to any cancelled orders.
Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that this usually takes a few days to show on your bank statement.
